Every organisation generates different waste and carries different legal obligations. As a waste generator, the responsibility for proper handling rests with you — from selective collection at source to reporting in the SIM/ANPM national system. EVI Eco Rom Sud takes on that complexity: we collect, sort and route waste toward recovery or disposal in line with the waste hierarchy, with a loading-unloading form (Annex 3 to Government Decision 1061/2008) for every transport and documentation ready for inspection. In parallel, we design and deliver urban furniture nationwide. We operate in accordance with the legislation in force — Emergency Ordinance 92/2021, Government Decision 1061/2008, Government Decision 856/2002 and Law 249/2015 — and we obtain and maintain the environmental permits required for the waste codes we manage.
