Evi Eco Rom Sud SRL brings together responsible non-hazardous waste management and urban space development in one team, with procedures aligned to current legislation.

EVI (Evi Eco Rom Sud SRL) is a Romanian company founded in 2025, built on a simple idea: a business acting as a waste generator and a local authority redeveloping its spaces should have a single partner, not five separate suppliers. We started precisely to cover both needs with the same rigour and the same point of contact.

Our work is built on two integrated directions. The first is non-hazardous waste management — selective collection at source, transport, and delivery for recovery or disposal, with full traceability and respect for the waste hierarchy. The second is urban development — street furniture, bollards, bins, and fittings that make public and private spaces cleaner and better organised.

As a young company, we lean on what truly matters today: clear procedures, correct documentation, direct communication, and flexibility. We work in a modern, digital, and transparent way, and for clients seeking advanced recovery we operate our own pyrolysis plant for advanced recovery as an alternative to simple disposal. We serve clients across Romania, for both waste services and urban furniture.

Our mission

We contribute to a genuine circular economy, in which non-hazardous waste is treated as a resource through selective collection, recovery, and traceability, rather than as mere refuse to be disposed of. We aim for a cleaner environment and, at the same time, better urban spaces — functional, safe, and pleasant — for the communities, developers, and companies we serve.

Authorisations and compliance

We are committed to operating fully in line with national waste management legislation. Our activity complies with GEO 92/2021 on the waste regime, and the transport of non-hazardous waste is carried out in accordance with GD 1061/2008, using a loading-unloading form (Annex 3). Classification is based on the European List of Waste (GD 856/2002), and for packaging streams we apply the requirements of Law 249/2015 (extended producer responsibility). We ensure full waste traceability, from the generator through to recovery or disposal, along with reporting to the SIM/ANPM system.

  • Environmental permit issued by ANPM for waste management activities — we operate in line with the requirements and obtain/maintain the necessary authorisations
  • Appropriate CAEN codes for the collection, transport, and treatment of non-hazardous waste and for urban development
  • Registration in the Integrated Environmental System (SIM) and periodic reporting to ANPM
  • Transport permit/authorisation for non-hazardous waste, with traceability documents (loading-unloading form, Annex 3 to GD 1061/2008)
